恭喜呢，這其實是比論文被接受還要開心的事情。

這是使用英文跟法文的期刊，編輯群都在法國。
至於為何能夠那麼快引用，可能他們認識妳們作者群其中一人、可能他們是妳們的reviewers、可能他們的期刊從投稿到被接受的速度很快、可能他們在最後關頭把妳們的論文加上去。
